About Puneet

Puneet is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has taught at university, conducted research and supervised and trained Clinical Psychology students. After working in a variety of roles, she realised she is most passionate about therapy and the power of emotional healing. Her current focus is her private practice in Mona Vale.

Puneet also provides supervision for mental health professionals. She is an AHPRA-approved supervisor for psychologists and enjoys supporting early-career and experienced clinicians to develop confidence, reflective practice, and sustainable ways of working in demanding roles.

Training / Qualifications / Awards:

• Bachelor of Psychology; First-Class Honours, Macquarie University
• PhD and Masters in Clinical Psychology, Macquarie University (VC Commendation/University medal for her PhD thesis).
• Research interests: self-efficacy and human agency, constructive coping, anxiety, trauma, providing therapy in rural areas, bullying, victimisation, and stress management. Research presented at psychology conferences in the U.K, the U.S., Canada and Australia.
