Therapy approach

Treatment with Puneet is embedded in a holistic approach that considers the wholeness of the person: beliefs, emotions, body-mind connection, behavioural responses, social-cultural factors, and values.

Puneet’s therapeutic approach is an integration of evidence-based treatments: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy.

Puneet has a particular interest in anxiety and has received specialist training in this area from the internationally renowned Emotional Health Clinic. Additionally, Puneet has received specialist training for working with complex problems and trauma. She regularly attends advanced training workshops to learn the most up to date techniques and approaches.
